Healthy Recipes With Chicken Breast
This is quick recipe for chiken breasts Almondine, healthy and easy. This recipe is diabetic friendly, is yyou have any diabetics in your home.

CHICKEN BREASTS ALMONDINE
1.      1/2 tsp salt
2.      2 tbsp butter
3.      1 tbsp cornstarch
4.      1 garlic clove, minced
5.      4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
6.      1/2 tsp pepper
7.      1 pkg (8-oz) sliced fresh mushrooms
8.      1/4 cup roasted slivered almonds
9.      1 can (10-oz) condensed chicken broth
parsley for garnish, if desired
1.      In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and brown chicken breasts, garlic, almonds, and mushroom slices, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
2.      Add salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Mix cornstarch with a little water; stir into the liquid in skillet.
3.      Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Garnish dish with parsley, if desired.
Serve over brown rice with a salad or some steamed broccoli and you have a meal you can be proud to feed your family without a lot of work or clean-up
